About the event
Mindfulness is skill and art that we can bring to anything and everything we do, to enhance our experience of it and bring more awareness and sensitivity to ourselves and the world around us. Join us for a virtual mediation class where we will learn how to bring awareness and sensitivity to your self, body, and mind.
All you need is access to Zoom on your laptop, tablet or phone and a yoga mat or chair.
