The goal of the Mentor Circle program is to facilitate group mentorship, networking and encourage the participation of new dentists in MSDA programming and leadership. We created this initiative to give ASDA and MSDA members the option to receive mentorship in a group setting, similar to a mastermind circle. For those that wish to have one on one mentorship, no worries! Individualized mentorship will be supported as well.

Dentist Day 2023

Dentist Day is a wonderful way for all MSDA members to get involved in the legislative process. While getting to know our elected officials is essential every day of the year, Dentist Day is an important culminating event as dentists meet with dozens of lawmakers over the course of the morning. Our goal is to have an MSDA member meet with delegates and senators from all 47 legislative districts in the state.
The MSDA makes the process as easy as possible and will provide you with the resources and information you need to be successful, including talking points, background material, supporting documents, FAQs, and position papers. We will also continue with our pre-Dentist Day webinars to help educate all our participants on the process, the ins and outs of Annapolis, as well as getting into the details of priority pieces of legislation.
This year is critical as newly elected officials, several in newly created districts, begin their terms in the General Assembly. For those of us who have participated in previous Dentist Days, this year offers not only new members of the General Assembly to meet, but opportunities to create new relationships with new districts thanks to the once-a-decade redistricting. MSDA member participation now, and on Dentist Day, is a must for us to be truly effective.

Join us the MSDA for a fun-filled day at Six Flags America!
Bring your family and connect with colleagues while enjoying a day at the park.
Our event is from 12:00 PM-3:00 PM but you will have access to the park from open – close.
Each ticket includes All-Day Park Admission, Free Parking, and an All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Buffet.
MSDA Members and ASDA/Dental Student Members: $45
Family Members and Guests: $45
Non-Members: $65
Children aged 2 and under are free.
