Greg provides leadership to the staff and manages the day to day operations of the MSDA. He serves as the liaison to the Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, and the House of Delegates. With the Board and staff, Greg works to implement the strategic initiatives and cultivates relationship with its partner organizations that advance the MSDA.
Peer Review & Patient Relations Coordinator
Monique is the patient relations contact for Maryland. She serves as staff liaison to the Peer Review Committee.

Director of Finance
Heidi is responsible for all aspects of the accounting function at the association, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, bank account management, end of year preparation for auditors, and tax returns. She covers all of the other entities that are under the MSDA. She reports to the COO and the Treasurer of the MSDA.

Executive Assistant & Facilities Coordinator
As the Executive Assistant & Facilities Coordinator, Aly provides administrative support to the entire staff. Among some of her duties include answering phones, assisting visitors to the budling, collating, and meeting preparation, processing all deliveries, ad hoc for all departments, contractor liaison and contract negotiations for facility maintenance, coordinating room reservations, and managing office inventory.

Director of Membership & MSDA Member Perks (DAC)
Chrys is responsible for managing all aspects of MSDA membership. She works closely with the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and Maryland ASDA dental students. She supports the Membership Committee, the New Dentist Committee, and the Dental Association Company (DAC). As the DAC liaison, Chrys executes the initiatives and endorsement agreements for the MSDA Member Perks program and is the point of contact for the MSDA Member Perks Endorsed Vendors.

Membership & MSDA Member Perks Coordinator
Laurie supports membership in the areas of new members, member dues payments, retirement affidavits, and dues waivers. She also liaisons with the American Dental Association on membership information and data management. She is often the first point of contact for all new members of MSDA and works closely with dental student conversion once they graduate.

Director of Events & Marketing
Dorian manages the annual meeting of the MSDA (Chesapeake Dental Conference), MSDA Member Perks CE Retreats and other events sponsored by the association. Dorian also manages the MSDA marketing, including print newsletters, emails, mailings, social media accounts and more.

Education & Events Coordinator
Sarah manages the dental assistant training programs for the MSDA, in addition to the continuing education courses. She is responsible for registering participants of these programs, as well as the attendees of the Chesapeake Dental Conference. Sarah oversees registration onsite at the Chesapeake Dental Conference as well. She also manages events held by outside organizations who contract MSDA space.

As the Development Director, Saisha works with the Program Director to develop strategies for fundraising and maintaining corporate sponsorships, as well as fostering and maintaining relationships with the Foundation donors.

MSDA Foundation Program Director
As Program Director for the MSDA Foundation, Dawn works closely with the Development Director to secure funding for the Foundation through Grants and Corporate Sponsors. She is also involved in the planning and implementation of fundraising events as well as helping to plan and volunteer at mini-mom clinics.
